Annual Picnic
Vision
and History
Circle of Friends was initiated by a small group of staff from
the Bethesda Abbotsford Group Home. This small group of staff
asked New Life Christian Reformed Church if we could meet in
their basement. The church agreed to our request. The year was
2000. The first few events were attended by a small handful of
people. As time progressed, and the word got out, the basement
became too small to hold this event. We moved upstairs to
accommodate more people joining for worship and fellowship. At
present, approximately 150-170 people are attending. Throughout
this time we have felt the Lord’s presence and blessing. We
welcome all to come, experience Circle of Friends, worshiping
and enjoying each other. It continues to be our goal to
encourage everyone’s participation.

Meeting Place and Start Time
Circle of Friends meets on Monday mornings at 10:00am at New
Life Christian Reformed Church located at 35270 Delair Road in
Abbotsford. We do not meet on Statutory Holidays.

Special Events
Throughout the year we hold special events such as a Summer
Barbeque and a Christmas Pizza Party. Over the years we have
gone through the summer with Coffee House, and on other years we
have taken a break.
